About Us - NeuroDev
We are a North-East based venture founded by a group of young individuals with a passion for improving outcomes for those with Neurodiversities.
Neurodev is a project of Gateshead Community Organisation which was founded in 2018 to help people reach their true potential, through a variety of diverse projects.
About Synergy
From personal experience and testimonies, we have discovered that individuals, who may be undiagnosed neurodivergent, could benefit from reasonable adjustments to help them succeed in study or work. However, many people don't know what support they can access. Synergy will give not only the reasonable adjustments, but the ones that are appropriate for the individuals. The question “what can we do to help” is daunting and synergy answers this question for you.

Cameron E
Development Lead
Cameron is an invaluable member of our team and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the coding and programming fields, despite his young age. He is completely self-taught and had to relearn the game engine we are using for some of our projects. Cameron has also worked as a freelance videographer and has developed a reputation of reliability, confidence and dedication to each project he is faced with, no matter how daunting it may seem. His experience in business studies have also allowed him to take a more hands-on approach in terms of marketing and promoting our products to a wider audience.
Cameron M
Design Lead
Cameron (yes we have two Camerons) studied game design for four years at Gateshead College, participating in two annual video game competitions known as Gamejams, and who has dabbled in different sectors of the game industry, from designing and creating assets, to writing his own original plots, to even stepping in as both programmer and artist when the original programmer left the course. He also coordinates between different members, allowing the team to stay on the same page and ensuring we keep to deadlines. Cameron also has a real passion for creating video games and believes they will be the key for learning in the future.
Sophie J
Illustrator
Sophie studied illustration at Newcastle College and has since sold her own original art and drawings online. She has created all of the character models and sprites for our projects as well as the animations for characters walking, running etc. Her artstyle is exactly what was needed for an educational as well as entertaining game and it adds a bonus splash of colour and fun to Matthew’s dialogue and plot. She is hard-working and dedicated to her art and is an invaluable member of the team.
